Our CENTOGRAMMI bars are all made following the Guido Castagna® Natural Method. You can find them in the following versions: Extra Dark 64%, Gianduja, Milk, Granella di Fava di Cacao, White and in the brand new filled versions. Furthermore, for true connoisseurs or the very curious, we also find our Lacrì Blend 76% made with the best cocoa in the world: Madagascar, Arriba, Venezuela, Honduras. Cocoa that differ in the different aromatic notes that they release when tasted; Madagascar has a pleasant melting, soft and fine on the palate, citrus aromas in particular grapefruit. Venezuela has a pleasant melting, particularly creamy with floral notes of white flowers and jasmine followed by pleasant secondary aromas of earth, wood and tobacco. Arriba cocoa has a pleasant melting, floral notes of red fruits, cherry and spices such as licorice.

Chocolate bars have always been a daily consumption for everyone. We decided to give free rein to our creativity, while maintaining the classic flavors of chocolate. All the colors of Centogrammi represent not only the flavor but also the personality of each of us and the infinite creativity that distinguishes us. So each new color will represent a new bar, in an infinite cycle of ideas and creations.

All our Centogrammi bars are made strictly following the Guido Castagna® Natural Method, which guarantees the highest level of quality while maintaining the natural properties of the cocoa used unaltered.
