The 50 g chocolate bars MES are our latest tablets. They were created to satisfy the desire to taste our Natural Method Chocolate, with the practicality of the small format. The cocoa used comes from Venezuela, Honduras, Madagascar, Vietnam and is processed at very low temperatures in order to obtain a RAW chocolate, which is the maximum in terms of purity and characteristics of the original cocoa.

RAW chocolate, i.e. processed at very low temperatures, keeps all the aromas intact, and takes advantage of a long maturation without the use of salts to accelerate the process.

MES Venezuela releases a creamy and chocolatey taste with a prevalence of yellow fruits such as banana, toffee, ripe plum. MES Honduras 24 months is particularly fresh and herbaceous, mountain flowers, followed by spicy notes in particular pink pepper and chestnut honey. MES Madagascar reports a prevalence of creamy notes, butter, molasses, wildflower honey and dried fig while MES Vietnam has a strong creaminess and notable complexity, primary aromas of sage and lemon, smoke and spices.
