Giuinott®. A small reinvented gianduiotto that contains an enormous amount of our work and was a bet from the beginning. Study, trials, errors and even the invention of new machinery. All to re-create 7 grams of hazelnut and cocoa sweetness. 7 times gold at the International Chocolate Awards®. To create giunott we took the 150 year old giandujotto recipe and twisted it. We have changed its historical form, its weight and its degree of refinement. We eliminated milk and cocoa powder and ultimately created our vision of…giandujotto.
