Our Centogrammi bars are made following the Guido Castagna Natural Method. You can find different variations: 64% extradark, gianduja, milk, cocoa grains, white. To connoisseurs and curious people we offer our Lacrì Blend 76%, made with the best cocoa beans in the world: Madagascar, Arriba, Venezuela. These cocoa beans give off different aromas when you taste them. The tender Madagascar, smooth and fine to the palate, with citrus fruit scents, grapefuit especially. The smooth and mouth-watering Venezuela, particularly creamy, with white floral nuances like jasmin, followed by secondary aromas such as soil, wood and tobacco. The smooth and tender Arriba, with floral, red fruit aromas (cherry) and spice (liquorice) nuances.
