
New Laboratorio e AREA55
Saturday 18 May 2019 we have finally inaugurated our new laboratory and AREA55 in Giaveno, in via Caduti sul Lavoro nr. 2. Another important step in our journey into the world of chocolate and at the same time a new starting point for all of us. Our new headquarters is larger and spread over two floors. The lower floor houses the new laboratory, created by dividing the spaces so as to optimize the production cycle. In fact, we find a clear separation between the various laboratories, where chocolate is hot and cold processed, pastry and packaging. Each environment has been designed to create an optimal workflow to obtain a perfect finished product, in compliance with the phases of our Natural Method.
The upper floor houses a large storage warehouse with controlled temperatures and humidity and administrative offices. Furthermore the big news is represented by AREA55, our last challenge. AREA55 is a “social” environment that includes a professional kitchen and two large rooms. We designed it to make our chocolate pastry courses, to hold workshops, meetings, presentations, corporate events, television broadcasts … In short, everything that can be created around the world of our chocolate and that can involve many realities different in a climate of collaboration and continuous sharing.

We chose Giaveno for our new laboratory and AREA55 because it is our home. We have always maintained a strong bond with the territory and we believe in direct and real human relationships. Our chocolate brought us all over the world but, in the end, we always returned home. The opening day was held with an incredible participation from the public and also with regard to journalists and professionals.
We would like to thank all those who took part in this new adventure. For our part we will continue to guarantee the maximum commitment to always reach the highest quality, in respect for people and the environment.
